LaMalandrina is a wonderful apartment complex. We stayed 3 nights and we just wanted more! The apartment was very well stocked with necessities and all mechanical systems and WIFI worked well and the unit overall was spotless, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, a short walk down the steps and you are in the very heart of the Taormina shopping/walking district. A supermarket was only a short walk away. Everyone at LaMalandrina were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this location. Worthy of note, there is no pool/outdoor lounge area, but we were there in the fall of 2023 and so there was no need for a pool or lounging in the sun. Also, there are no laundry facilities in the unit so If you want this please check if there are any options. Considering this is an "apartment" a washer really would have helped.
