The centre of the village is within walking distance, some 300 m away. The mouth of the Fluvià river, of great ecological value, is about 1 km away, as is the 6 km long beach with fine sand dunes. It is one of the few pristine beaches left in the Costa Brava. The house is also near to the entrance to the nature reserve, Parc de Mig de Dos Rius, which is home to a great diversity of wildlife. The road in front of the house is the GR-92 Sender del Mediterrani, which goes from Portbou to Ulldecona. Public transport links are to be found approximately 500 m from the house, and the train station is about 10 km away. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport, approximately 61 km from the house, and Barcelona International Airport is about 161 km away.This 19th century country house has recently been completely restored.
