The staff was Excellent, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch, well prepared and generous. The location is perfect to walk the city. We are from Canada, We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

They didn’t have parking resolved, as there were cars poorly parked in their garage that blocked mine (or any other one) to get in, even if there were car spaces available. I had to pay for public parking AND walk with all my luggage a couple of blocks to try and check in. No one was available at front desk upon my arrival around 15:30. I rang the bell several times to no avail. Had to wait ~15 min until someone showed up. My room was right next to the laundry room, which is ok… but that also happened to be the place where the staff congregated to chat amongst themselves, and I could overhear everything. Finally, similar experience on the check out, nobody was there even when I texted them in advance that I would be there to check out. So I left the key as requested and left… hoping that everything was settled on my side, but no confirmation.
