The establishment was clean. That is about all I can say good about it. When I went down at 8 a.m. both mornings, no breafast. When I took a banana, I got a dirty look. Everything was put away and cleaned up. No coffee what so ever. None in the breakfast room and no complementary coffee pot in the room. The fridge hummed all night long. The t.v. in the first room I was given looked like it had been dropped and large white voids in the screen. I ask the desk clerk to come look at it and he didn't see anything wrong because the picture still showed behind the big white blotches and a minor inconvenience. He did move me to another non-accesssible room. No, I will not be staying there again. Oh, the handicapped parking was given preference to EV charging stations. Handicapped parking was moved to the other side of the front door and had no access for people with Handicapped ramp equipped vehicles. Thankfully I did not need it. There were 3 parking spots there and the middle one (typically has yellow slots) was being used by the clerk for his own personal parking. Employees should never use the closest parking spots.

I did not stay. It was dirty, broken shades, dirty kids. The place gave me the creeps. I drove all the way back home and then back to my event the next day rather than stay there. I would not even give it a one!

The rooms were fresh smelling and clean. Clean linens. Good firm mattress and pillows were supportive and comfortable. Bathroom linens were in good condition. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was continental with cereal and fruit. The coffee was ready and good. We were on the first floor and the window faced an alleyway. Window had a large crack and was. Missing a screen. Someone knocked on the window at 6:30 am and my husband saw a female person with backpack there she immediately left. This was reported to management. The ac unit kept us comfortable on a humid rainy night.
